Christine M Wasylenko, 54, of Gillespie, IL, died at her residence on Thursday, June 20, 2024. She was born December 26, 1969 to Dusty Roger VanHuss & Rose Matthews VanHuss. She married Edward R. Wasylenko on February 25, 1989 in Saint Louis, MO. She was a homemaker. Christine loved her family and enjoyed watching her granddaughter play sports. She is survived by her spouse, Edward R. Wasylenko of Gillespie, IL, children, Elizabeth (significant other, Conner Pollard) Wasylenko of Gillespie, IL, Edward R. Wasylenko of Gillespie, IL, granddaughter, Emilee Wendling of Gillespie, IL, brother, Billy VanHuss of Marissa, IL, and nephew, Arron VanHuss of Marissa, IL. Christine was preceded in death by her parents and a brother in infancy. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to wishes of the family.
